Saturday 12 noon -- Contact Juggling 101 by Graham Daniel

A guided tutorial for Novice-level Contact Jugglers. Learn the basics of Contact juggling including: Basics of Body Rolls, Palm Spinning, and Isolations.

Saturday 4 PM -- Juggling 101 - Learn to Juggle 3 Balls by Madelyn Dinnerstein and friends

Have you always thought you weren't coordinated enough to juggle? WRONG!!! We can teach you. All it takes is a willingness to learn and practice. A guided tutorial for novice-level Jugglers. Learn the basics of juggling including: Juggling vs. Object Manipulation, Proper stance & posture, One ball tossing, Two & Three ball foundational patterns, as well as HOW to practice & improve your juggling overall.

We'll have plenty of balls for everyone to use. You don't need to bring anything but a smile and a desire to learn!

Saturday 4 PM -- Intro to Contact Staff - Vertical - by Krisstina Hawks

Learn about pressure locks and how to use them, as well as how to work the staff around your body in the vertical plane. Teacher will provide a limited number of loaner staffs for class.

Saturday 4 PM -- 444 - 4 Objects by Caroline Tidwell

We will work through a progression of 4 ball drills (synchronous/asynchronous), then to 4 rings, and then to 4 clubs.

Saturday 5 PM -- 3-Ring Tricks by DrewBob Ford

Learn lots of ring tricks, including Thumb Spins, and the mysterious Handcakes.

Saturday 5 PM -- Novice 5 Ball by Caroline Tidwell

All the five ball drills necessary to get you to qualify five balls at GHD 2019

Saturday 5 PM -- Basic Club Tricks by Don Lewis

Once you've learned the three club cascade, it is time to learn a few simple tricks. Even if your cascade is still a bit wobbly, you can learn the basics of adding tricks. Each trick will be demonstrated and broken down into easy to practice steps that start with one club and move up to three.

Depending on the time available, the following tricks will be covered: under-the-leg, over the top, doubles, behind-the-back, under-the-arm, flourishes, thumb rolls.

Learn backcrosses with club juggling.

Saturday 6 PM -- Poi 101 by Graham Daniel

A guided tutorial for Novice-level Poi Spinners. Learn the basics of Poi Spinning including: 2 & 3 Beat Weave, The Butterfly, Flowers, Isolations, Stalls and Intro to Technical Spinning. We'll have plenty of poi for everyone to use. You don't need to bring anything but a smile!

Saturday 6 PM -- Beginner Club Passing by Dan Howard, DrewBob, Jay Jones and others

Learn to pass clubs.

Saturday 7 PM -- Beginner Dragon Staff by Krisstina Hawks

The first 20-30 minutes is teaching the forward chi-roll. The remainder of the class is how to integrate contact moves with a dragon, with a focus on front-side/back-side duck-outs. Teacher will provide a limited number of loaner staffs for class.

Sunday Noon -- 3 and 4 Ball Siteswaps by Justin Mullins

Learn 3 and 4-ball juggling patterns.

It's not just air juggling turned upside down. It's a whole different world. We'll start with the basic cascade, forward and reverse. We'll talk about different throws and catches, and go on to showers, double bounces, and beyond.

Add kickups into your pattern in club juggling.

Sunday 3 PM -- Intro to Double Staff by Krisstina Hawks

Learn essential framework to create your own patterns, as well as how to move and turn with the staffs utilizing wheel and wall planes. Intro to box patterns. Teacher will provide a limited number of loaner staffs for class.
